My job is to make it easy. With calm direction when you want it, and space when you don’t, I’ll help you look confident, approachable, and like the best version of yourself.
A Legacy in Photography
Photography has been in my family for generations from my great-grandfather’s portrait studio in Moscow, to my grandmother’s hand-colored portraits photographs, to my father’s one hour photo labs and portrait studio in New York City. What I’ve carried forward isn’t the business or the gear, it’s the belief that one photo can change how you see yourself. That’s the legacy I bring into every session
A Little About Me
Life at home is anything but quiet. My wife and I share our days with two sons, two dogs, two cats, and two parrots, all convinced they run the house. I’ve also called many places home, from Moscow and Rome to Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, and now New Jersey. Each move taught me that authenticity is what makes people memorable, and that’s exactly what I aim to capture in every headshot.

You’ll receive a proofing gallery within 24–48 hours. Once you choose your favorites, final retouched images are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request.
How do I prepare for my session?
Wear solid colors that flatter you, and bring a couple of outfit options. Keep jewelry simple and avoid busy patterns. Get a good night’s sleep and stay hydrated so you look and feel your best. I’ll guide you through everything during the shoot.
Where is your studio?
My studio is located in New Milford, NJ (Bergen County) and West 30th Street, NYC, and I also work on location throughout New Jersey and New York City. Full address and directions will be provided upon booking.
What if I'm not photogenic?
Don’t worry, that’s my specialty! With 30+ years of experience, I know how to help clients relax and look their best. I’ll guide you with natural poses, lighting, and angles so your photos look professional and authentic.
Can I select the background?
Yes. We can use studio backdrops in a variety of colors, natural outdoor settings, or your office environment. I’ll help you choose the best background for the look you want.
Do you photograph groups?
Absolutely. I regularly photograph teams of all sizes. I can set up on-site at your office or at my studio to make it convenient for everyone.
Can you come to our office?
Yes, I offer on-location sessions for corporate teams and events. I bring professional lighting and background options so everyone gets a consistent, polished look.
What does retouching mean?
Retouching includes subtle, natural adjustments such as skin smoothing, blemish removal, color correction, and light balancing. My goal is to make you look your best while keeping your photo authentic and professional.
